How soon must I cancel my appoinment?

Please please please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment date and time. Same day cancellations will be subject to a £10.00 per hour booked cancelation fee (to cover our ladies costs)

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?

No. Our ladies bring their own cleaning products. However if you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use that is fine by us! :-) We do ask to use your vacuum cleaner and mop where possible to avoid any cross contamination from one home to the next.

Do your wash windows?

We can certainly clean windows from the inside, however outside window cleaning is currently not a service we offer.

Payments Accepted

Once our cleaner is finished and you are happy we will send an invoice via email with our bank details, simply transfer to our account from your banking app.. 

Alternatively, good old fashioned cash is accepted if thats what you'd prefer!

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel by calling, email, text or even carrier pigeon, but please try to give 24hrs notice if cancelling a booking,

Unfortunately a £13.00 cancelation fee will be invoiced for same day cancellations
