Payments Accepted

Once our cleaner is finished and you are happy we will send an invoice via email with our bank details, simply transfer to our account from your banking app.

Alternatively, good old fashioned cash is accepted if that's what you'd prefer!

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel by calling, email, text or even carrier pigeon, but please try to give 24hrs notice if cancelling a booking,

Unfortunately a £14.00 cancellation fee will be invoiced for same day cancellations
